This grade of foil is usually edge trim or printed rolls laminated with plastic and sometimes with some paper. Material is mostly heat seal packaging scrap from laminators and contract packaging companies. We buy this material in truckload quantities and can set up a long term recycling program for your company if you generate this type of scrap. This material generally has an aluminum content between 25 and 40% .

This material is normally scrapped in rolls with fiber, aluminum or steel cores. This type of material is usually recycled for it's metal content of on occasion it may be sold for low end packaging applications. We purchase this material in any quantity delivered in rolls to our facility in Connecticut. We can also arrange pick up for truckload quantities of 30,000 lbs ( 14 metric ton) or more. Smaller lots can be delivered to our Ansonia, CT location.
